People who are able to manage or control their lucid dreams will be able to use this bizarre talent to enjoy a sense of happiness or euphoria, as if actually did the thing inside of their dreams. But new analysis shows that individuals are able to really 'use' lucid dreaming as a tool to learn. Being in command of your dreams exposes opportunities for you to control them for learning training or coaching purposes though it might not be quite as precise as learning how to play the violin while asleep.

Instead, 'lucid dreamers' are able to manage and control areas of their mind and brain to turn on and 'learn' while still being asleep. what is also it appears that simply just being a lucid dreamer appears to grant you a advantage.
Researchers and scientifis from Yale University found out that lucid dreamers perform higher during a gambling task, designed to check an area of the brain vital to emotional decision making and social interactions, said a report in "New Scientist this week"

Peter Morgan at Yale University theorizes that this region may be trained. Morgan and his team are attempting to find a way to train individuals using lucid dreams. Morgan hopes to be able to improve an individual's social management and decision making skills.

"We know that by engaging circuits in the brain we can change its architecture," he says.

It's already been proven that individuals who follow tasks in dreams are often score higher at them in real life. One Swiss study, led by Daniel Erlacher of the University of Bern, showed that lucid dreamers who 'practiced throwing a coin into a cup were scored higher at the real thing after they aroused from sleep.
